God tells us many times to "Be still." It is in stillness we listen for God's word to us. It is in stillness we find rest, and it is in stillness peace is given a chance to blossom in our hearts and souls. Yet society teaches we must be busy all the time; there is always something to do, always someone to talk to, always somewhere to rush. The world in its haste will keep you from God, and keep you from stillness. Carve out time daily to rest, be refreshed and to be still.
